๐ฆ Package marked "Delivered" but not received?
Please double-check nearby delivery spots, mailbox, porch, or with household members. Carriers sometimes pre-mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours in advance. If your item hasn't arrived after 48 hours, please contact us at service@veselestudio.com for immediate tracking support.
๐ฆ Damaged or missing items?
Please take clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged items immediately upon arrival. Send photos to service@veselestudio.com within 7 days, and our customer support team will arrange a free replacement.
๐ฆ Modifying your delivery address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us within 2 hours of order placement. Once orders enter full fulfillment, address modifications may not be possible.
๐ฆ Delivery to PO Boxes?
Standard Shipping accepts PO Box addresses. VIP Express Shipping requires a physical street address.
